Isador was tired. For the last 15 hours there had been non stop work to do, now that spring was here, the wasps and bees and other nasties of Erion were
starting to flourish, which meant every few minutes someone would be coming into the healer's quarter with a tiny insignificant bite worrying it was septic
or deadly or if their arms would fall off. Isador had decided against telling them that these creatures did indeed carry a tiny bit of poison, he didn't
want hysteria added to the list of problems.
"Here you go." He said kindly while rubbing a tiny bit of lotion on a small child's arm. The lotion acted as a pain supressent and contained antiodes to most of the minor insect poisons. The child's face brightened as the pain started to diminish, but Isador couldn't take time to smile back, one of the other healer's had walked in.
"Isador, you have another patient waiting." she told him, looking apologetic.
"Alright alright, Send him in. And make sure little Dan here gets something for being a brave boy."
The healer smiled and took the hand of the boy, leading him out, Isador took a few seconds to take a deep breath before his next patient got in.
